Payment can be made either via Paypal, mobilepay or Shopify Payments. All are approved and secure payment gateways. All prices include VAT and when the payment has gone through you will automatically receive an order confirmation.
Freight & delivery conditions
A Knittersworld uses DAO and PostNord as shipping company. We have a fixed price of DKK 40. on freight and this does not matter what size the package is.
We ship free of charge on orders over DKK 499.
Once the payment has gone through, the item will be sent if it is in stock. You can expect a delivery time of 2 - 3 days.
Should there be damaged parts or missing items upon receipt of the package, please contact us as soon as possible either by firstname.lastname@example.org or per telephone 51 50 57 21.
A Knitters World is VOEC registered, which means that Norwegian customers can shop duty-free up to DKK 3,000. Norwegian VAT (Norwegian VAT) is included in the prices in the webshop.
Right of withdrawal & return
At A Knitters World, we are well aware that ordering online is not the same as standing in a store and being able to touch the yarn. You therefore have a 14-day right of withdrawal. They start from the day you receive your package. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before the 14 days have passed either by email:email@example.com or by phone 51 50 57 21 and tell us that you want to return the item.
You always have the right to cancel the sale, but we would very much like to hear the reason in case there is something we can improve or if there is something wrong with the product.
If you want to send the item back, we recommend that you send it as a package so that it is insured along the way. You are responsible for the package until it is in our hands. To facilitate our work, we would be very happy if you would put a copy of the invoice or other documentation of the purchase in the package. We recommend that you save the receipt and any track & trace number.
Please note that we do not receive packages per cash on delivery or parcels without distribution.

Once we have received the package and ascertained the condition of the item, we will return your money to the account used to make the transaction. Please note that you must pay for the postage yourself to return your goods.
Should we assess that the item's condition has deteriorated or been damaged (e.g. smell of smoke), A Knitters World reserves the right to value the item and refund the amount corresponding to the impairment.
You have a 2-year right of complaint on your item purchased from A Knitters World. If you have been unlucky enough to receive an item with a fault, contact us as soon as possible either by firstname.lastname@example.org or per phone 51 50 57 21 and we will assess whether the error can be rectified, exchanged or the price declined.
Normal wear and tear or incorrect use/handling of the product, such as incorrect washing treatment cannot be included as a complaint.

This information and which item you have purchased are stored for up to 5 years. This data will only be used for internal use and will not be passed on to a third party.
We reserve the right to enter prices and quantities incorrectly.
