Firstly it is superwash treated and therefore can be machine washed, making it very suitable for children's garments. Secondly, it blooms and takes up more space when knitted than many of our other yarns, because it doesn't contain silk or cashmere. So it is perfect for beautiful sweaters. Additionally, nylon has been added so the yarn can also be used for socks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eWith this yarn it is important to make a gauge swatch (which we always recommend) because, as mentioned, it blooms and fills out more after washing.
