First, it is superwash treated and can therefore be machine washed, making it very suitable for children's knitting. Second, it blooms and takes up more space when knitted than much of our other yarns, because it doesn't contain silk or cashmere. So it's perfect for luxurious sweaters. Additionally, nylon has been added, so the yarn can also be used for socks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eWith this yarn it is important to make a tension swatch (which we always recommend, by the way) because, as mentioned, it blooms and becomes fuller after washing.
